NHS Prescriptions

If you live within a 5 mile radius of Meltham (HD9 5NX) please follow the instructions below to request your NHS prescriptions. If you live outside a 5 mile radius of Meltham (HD9 5NX) please send your prescriptions to us at our freepost address: "FREEPOST MEDICINES2HOME.COM".

Step 1
  • Order your prescription from your GP practice (go to Step 2), OR,
  • Telephone the pharmacy on 0808 178 1607 or email the pharmacy at pharmacist@medicines2home.com to ask us to order your prescription for you (go to Step 3).
Step 2
  • Telephone the pharmacy on 0808 178 1607 or email the pharmacy at pharmacist@medicines2home.com to let us know that you have requested a prescription from your surgery.
Step 3
  • We will collect your prescription from your GP practice when it is ready, dispense your prescription(s) and deliver (or post) them to your home or preferred address.
Have you already got your prescription?

Alternatively, if you already have your prescription, contact us and we can collect it from your home or place of work, dispense your medicines and then deliver or post your medicines back to your home or preferred address.

Repeat Ordering Service

We will contact you by phone in time for your next prescription request and order it from your GP surgery. If you prefer to contact us, we will take your prescription order and then place it with the surgery on your behalf. By using this service, you will no longer need to contact your GP surgery for your regular medication.
